OUR LEADERSHIP — Agent Leadership Council (ALC)
The purpose of the ALC is to guarantee our associates a vehicle for giving direct input as to the operation of Keller Williams Realty. We are the only real estate company that it run by it’s associates!
Main Objectives
- Assist in setting annual Market Center goals and plans.
- Take an active part in implementing these plans and helping the Market Center achieve these goals.
- Be the forum for the creation of all Market Center policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Inspire and create leadership.
- Provide unity and a spirit of team support.
- Produce the innovation, creativity and leadership for the implementation of these ideas.
- Keep our professional standards and public image “world class.”
- Work toward helping our associates become the very best sales people and business people possible.
- Meet minimum production standards
- Attend monthly meetings
- Must posses strong leadership and win-win attitude.
- Must be an example to the market center by following our belief system.

International Success Begins Locally
We believe that real estate is a local business driven by individual associates and their presence within their communities. Our associates are the face of Keller Williams Realty, so our associates have a strong voice in guiding the business through their local Associate Leadership Council (ALC).
Each ALC brings associates and management together in the market center on a monthly basis to direct decisions on how individual offices operate. Among the areas ALCs oversee are staff training and local marketing, finances and operations.
ALCs are comprised of top KW agents who know what it takes to succeed in their market and have a desire to see the company as a whole grow and prosper.
